Al has been away from VoiceBox for most of the past five years, as he was doing post-doctorate work in zoology at the University of Helsinki in, you guessed it, Finland.

Al is a biologist and academic in Melbourne interested in fossils, biomechanics and embryology. Over the years he’s done a few of the vocal arrangements for VoiceBox, including the perennial favourite ‘Flash Gordon’.

Al is a founding member of VoiceBox.
